File Setup Guidelines

To ensure a clean cut and vibrant print, your file must be high-quality and ready to print:

Do:

  • Upload high-resolution images (150–300 DPI) or vector files (SVG, PDF, EPS, AI)

  • Use a white or transparent background

  • Make sure the design has clean edges and is cropped to shape

  • Review layout and colors before submitting

Don’t:

  • Submit low-resolution images or screenshots

  • Include busy backgrounds or unclear borders

  • Upload flattened designs with poor cropping
