Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sticker Farmer! Below is everything you need to know about how we process and ship sticker and label orders.


1. Order Processing Time

Most of our products are made-to-order, so please allow time for production before your order ships.

Processing times:

  • Custom stickers & labels: 5-7 business days

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Note: During peak seasons or high-volume periods, production times may be longer. We’ll always do our best to ship as quickly as possible.


2. Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your shipping address

  • Package weight/size

  • Selected shipping speed

We currently offer:

  • Standard Shipping or Local Pick Up


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Some low-cost shipping options may provide limited tracking depending on the carrier and destination.


4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may require additional postage to reship it.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes determined by the destination country.

These fees are:

  • Not included in your order total

  • The customer’s responsibility upon delivery

We are not able to mark orders as “gifts” or undervalue packages for customs purposes.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Lost in transit

If your tracking shows no movement for 3 days or the carrier confirms a package is lost, contact us at art@stickerfarmer.com.

We may offer a replacement once the shipment is confirmed lost.

Marked as delivered but not received

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:

  • Check with household members or neighbors

  • Look around your delivery area

  • Contact your local post office or carrier

If you still can’t locate it, email us and we’ll do our best to help.
Sticker Farmer is not responsible for stolen packages once marked delivered.


8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged packaging and product

We’ll review and offer a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.
