What’s included in your design process?

Our design process typically includes:

  1. Design Consultation
    We start with a phone call to discuss your vision, goals, and any inspiration or brand assets you have.
  2. Invoice & Project Kickoff
    Once details are confirmed, you’ll receive an invoice to officially begin the project.
  3. First Design Proof
    After payment, your initial design proof will be delivered within 5–7 business days.
  4. Revisions
    We include up to 3 complimentary rounds of revisions to fine-tune your design.
  5. Final Approval & Delivery
    Once approved, your design is sent to print—or we can provide the final files for your own use.
What if I already have a design but need changes?

No problem. We can update, resize, or clean up your existing files. We also convert artwork to print-ready formats if needed.
How long does the design process take?

Timeline depends on the complexity:

  • Simple edits: 2-5 business days
  • New designs or branding: 5-10 business days
Do I need to use your print services to access design help?

Not at all! While we specialize in print-ready design, we’re happy to design for digital, social, or external vendors as well.
